The Saint-Eustache church associates for many years to great moments of the artistic life of the city of Paris, such as Nuit Blanche opportunity to offer some 10 000 visitors of the night, the discovery of historical heritage.

Father George Nicholson and Françoise Paviot, responsible for contemporary art at the Saint-Eustache Church offer for Nuit Blanche 2016, the work of Miguel Chevalier Heavenly Vaults.
This in-situ creation is accompanied by musical improvisations played by Baptiste-Florian Marle-Ouvrard, titular organist of the great organ of St. Eustache and directories sung by Les Chanteurs de Saint-Eustache.
Heavenly Vaults is a generative and interactive digital installation projected on the vaults of the choir, the central nave of the transept and two transepts of the Saint Eustache church.
Astonishing imaginary sky maps are emerging in real time. Visitors discover different frames of colored light that develop in the form of sinuous networks.
These large meshes are formed and deformed, modified following the movements of visitors, creating diversified universe constantly renewed.
This work resonates with the architecture of the building and highlights the volumes of columns and arches that come alive before our eyes.
The effects of trompe l'oeil surprising are created. These outstanding universe amplify the impression of height and lightness church.
Visitors are invited to walk, to sit on the benches and look up at the heavens.
These digital constellations pixels immerse visitors in an atmosphere bathed in light and open onto infinity.
The plant gives off radiant energy in this space of fullness. Amplified by the music of the organ of Saint-Eustache, it invites a contemplative and spiritual elevation.
